History

Now one of the top commercial builders in Syracuse, CBD Companies was established in 2006 by principals Charles Sangster and Courtney Wilson.  Together they bring decades of commercial real estate experience in Central New York to the firm.  In a short period of time our Syracuse office designers, commercial builders, and property managers have acquired an 1,135,000 sf portfolio of owned or managed properties.  Projects to date include the repurposing of the former O’Brien & Gere building at 5000 Brittonfield Parkway into an office/medical park as well as the conversion of the former HSBC building in downtown Syracuse, NY from a nearly empty Class B office building into a Class A Tower anchored by the Barclay Damon law firm.
